We will make every effort to schedule your appointments at a time most convenient for your needs. We try our best to run on schedule and we ask that you do your best to be there on time for your appointments. Late arrival may result in having to rescheduled your appointment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we would like two working days notice so that we may arrange for someone else to use this valuable treatment time.

Short notice cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
